Our Story

IQ Constructions, Inc. was established in April 5th , 2002.

As immigrants, from Colombia we embraced the opportunity to keep our business here in United States, small jobs and referrals helped us to connect with more costumers and clients, during those first years, our company got qualified as Certified General Contractor by the State of Florida.

It's been a journey, full of goals and challenges, nothing easy but all possible.

Today we celebrate 20 years, moving forward.

In I. Q. Constructions, Inc., we:

Offer commercial construction services, to public agencie and municipalities and private companies.
Concrete, masonry and structure trades
Are certified as Small Business and Minority / Women Business Owner, SBE & M/WBE, DBE
Are bonded and insured.

Our Mission

I.Q. Constructions, Inc we are a 100% Women Owned /Minority Certified Business which provides commercial construction service to several government agencies and municipalities in South Florida.
As a minority business we can offer all the certifications insurance, Bond and experience in commercial construction.
